He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Bernard and Betty Bernard; his wife Kathie (Toth); his children, Colleen Noffert (Steve) and Frank Bernard; his granddaughters, Gracyn Noffert, Peri Noffert, Kenzie Bernard and Madisyn Bernard; and his siblings, Joseph Bernard (Ann) and Roseann Albaugh (Karl). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews as well as friends.
