Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jack leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; and his parents, Beatrice Dzuro (Arthur) and Donald Dilworth (Alice). He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Chapanar (Jeff); and his siblings, Don Dzuro, Kenny Dilworth, Betty McCarty (Jerry), Donna Moutes and Nancy Noe (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family kindly requests donations, in lieu of flowers, to One of A Kind Pet Rescue in honor of Fluffy and Bumper (family pets who went before), Leroy (grand-dog), and Beethoven, a dog who Jack fostered briefly in his later years and loved dearly.
