She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wallace Brain and Helen Brain; her husband Jon Collett; her children, Sara Sehm (Joe), John Collett (Rachel) and Amy Joyce (Brandon); her grandchildren, Ben, Wyatt Sehm, Lennon, Corbin Joyce, Elaina and Miles Collett; her brothers, Thomas Brain (Jan) and Jeffrey Brain (Debbie); her in-laws, Lynette Collett, Kathy, Sam Subity and Janis Lepley; her cousin Debbie Dionne (Mike); and her pet Zoey. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Blessings in a Backpack, Hope & Healing Survivor Resource Center, or the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Fund.
