Ratcliff (Tillis); his wife Krista Lynn Ratcliff (Turley); his children, Madison Ratcliff of Chillicothe and Mason Ratcliff (Alana) of Bainbridge; and his siblings, Teresa Grimmett (Rick) of Clermont, FL and Stephen Ratcliff (Bobbi) of Circleville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and both parents.
