He is survived by: his mother Sherry Lynn Highley (Munyan) of Greenfield; his brother Richard Highley (Heather) of Grove City; and his stepsiblings, Jolinda Van Dyke (Jerry), Willie Highley (Vette) and Steven Highley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
