She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Buddy" Patrick and Thelma A. Patrick (Andrews); her husband Vernon Bivens; her son Patrick; and her brothers, Bill and Timmy Patrick.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles Cannon; her daughters, Shannon Clary (Mikey) of Laurelville and Jennifer Nichols (Shawn) of South Salem; her grandchildren, Chelsy Withrow (Steve), Clayton Clary (Alexis), Natalee Matthews (Cameron) and Jayson "Bub" Williams; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Lincoln; and her siblings, David Patrick (Cathy) of Westerville, Sherrie Patrick (Lesley) of Chillicothe and Beckie Schaffer (Larry) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
