He is survived by : his siblings, Ron Butcher (Carolyn) and Kellie Butcher of Washington, C. H.; his nephews, Levi Butcher and Drew Horvath (Jazmine); his niece Jessica Arnett; his close friends, Allen Yankie and Eric Stegbauer; and his family, Toni Knox, Soren Whiting, Dennis and Terry Templin. He is also survived by his three great nieces, one great nephew.
