She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clemons and Roxie Clemons (Johnson); her husband Beryl Lee McCoy; her son David McCoy; and her siblings, Mary Captain, Michealene "Leenie" Clemons, Dorothy Ford, Harold "Junior" Clemons and Lillian Steward.
She is survived by: her daughter Madge McCoy of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Michelle McCoy Willis (Paul) of Lewis Center, Joshua Lee McCoy (Shawna) of Greenfield and Kendra Marie Miraglia (Lori) of Chillicothe; her great grandchildren, Maliyah, Maxton Willis, Camryn and Jaden McCoy; and her siblings, Michael Clemons (Kim), Jackie Gray (Richard), Helen Blair, Sarah Captain, Imogene Ford and Becky Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
