She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Bivens and Sarah Bivens (Payne); her husband Steve E. Knisley; her grandson Jordan Shiflett; and her siblings, David Bivens, Shelvin Butcher, Vernon Bivens and Ruthie Bivens.
She is survived by : her daughters, Christina Knisley (Wayne Shook) of Lancaster and Stephanie Shiflett (David) of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Heather Lewis (Matt) of Greenfield, Jessica Hales (Dustin) of Greenfield and Brandon Shiflett (Sandhya Warrier) of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Addison, Evan, Noah, Kellan and Ledger; her sisters, Gertrude Paul of Greenfield, Mae Cook (John) of Greenfield and Shirley Goddard (Gary) of Greenfield; and her nephew Donald Butcher. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
