It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Howard Stevens of Greenfield, Ohio, born in Fayette County, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 13, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Ilene Hudnall, Willard Trent, Howard, Margaret Stevens, Larry and Sandy Seymour; his uncle Chad Merritt; and his great-uncles, Ronnie Seymour, William Trent, Gary Stevens and Don Stevens.

He is survived by : his parents, Justin Heath Stevens and Jamie Lynn Merritt; his siblings, Mackenzie Bond, Jason Bond, Jr., Macey Bond, Hannah Stevens and Adyson Calhoun; and his grandparents, Cheryl Merritt, Benjamin Merritt, Gerald and Dianna Stevens. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
