He is survived by: his wife Anna Countryman (Keaton); his children, Shawn Countryman (Bridgette) of Greenfield and Lisa Cooper (Cody) of Greenfield; his stepchildren, Chad Crusie (Beatrice) of Greenfield and Amy Jacob (Neal) of Sabina; his grandchildren, Camron Cooper, Caleb Cooper (Jenna Perie), Dylan Crusie (Courtney Mick), Mason Rayburn (Emilee), Alex Boles, Tanner Countryman and Crosby Countryman; his great grandchild Emma Marie Crusie; and his sisters, Susan Wilson of Greenfield, Grace Miller of Greenfield and Carol Horsley of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
