She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gerald and Mary Maxine Grimsley (Hamilton); her son James Miles Baxla; and her sisters, Barb Smith and Deb Smith.

She is survived by: her fiancé Montie Countryman of Greenfield; her daughters, Jessica Woods (James) of Bainbridge and Danielle Countryman of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Joan Buehlmann (Paul), Michelle Grimsley of Greenfield, Dee Carpenter of Hillsboro, Mike Grimsley (Vickie), John Grimsley (Jo) and Mark Grimsley (Lisa) of Greenfield. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
