She was predeceased by: her father Walter Lee Hankins Sr.; her son Brandon Tyler Hazlett; her great grandchild Oakland J. Biggs; her mother-in-law Jeannie Hazlett; her stepfather Charles Conkel; and her mother Anna Hankins Conkel (Smith).
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Hazlett; her children, Shawna L. Hazlett of Crown City, Jesse Lee Hazlett (Melissa) of Salado, TX, Kristopher T. Hazlett (Rachel) of Savannah, GA and Seth A. Hazlett of Greenfield; and her siblings, Nancy Rhodes (Jim) of Greenfield, Patty Juliano (John) of Leesburg, Sue Leaverton (Dave) of Greenfield and Lee Hankins (Donna) of Xenia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Christian Union Church (1200 N Washington St, Greenfield, OH 45123). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Christian Union Church, 1200 N Washington Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123.
