He is survived by : his parents, Ralph Crabtree, Jr. and Rachael Lynn Crabtree (Watson); his sisters, Hannah Crabtree of Greenfield and Kaylee Metz of Greenfield; his grandparents, Richard, Sue Watson of Greenfield, Tammy Bruan of Hillsboro and Shelly Stant of Greenfield; his great-grandparents, Tony, Patty Thompson of Kingston and Vicky Greene of Hillsboro; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl Sammons (Danny), Siera Watson, Christin Daugherty (Damian), Jerry Crabtree (Nicole) and Richie Watson, Jr.; and his cousins, Hayden Daugherty, Hudson Daugherty, Alexis Crabtree, Adalynn Crabtree, Erin Sammons, Layton Sammons, Carly Bruan, Lane Bruan, Grace Prewitt and T. J. Prewitt.
