She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bartley and Reba Bartley (Grogg); her former husband John Brewer; her husband Gene Gillespie; her son Dennis Brewer; her stepson George Gillespie; her sister Betty Jackman; her son-in-law Stephen George; and her brothers, Floyd Bartley, Lee Bartley and Darrell Penwell.
She is survived by: her children, Neal Brewer of Greenfield, Bryan Brewer (Kim) of Greenfield and Anita George of Greenfield; her stepson Christopher Gillespie (Kathy) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Justin Brewer (Jonda) of Greenfield, Jon Brewer (Amanda) of Greenfield, Jolissa Weade of Washington, C. H. and Janelle VanDyke (Mitch Preston) of New Holland; her stepgranddaughters, Sarah Gillespie of Chillicothe and Emily Gillespie of Chillicothe; her siblings, Donald Bartley of Greenfield and Reba "Susie" Clay of Greenfield; her daughter-in-law Cathy Brewer of Hillsboro; her stepdaughter-in-law Kathy Gillespie of Frankfort; and her sister-in-law Kay Bartley of New Vienna. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren.
