She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Calhoun and Gladys Calhoun (Cruthers); her husband James Thomas Stodgel; and her siblings, John Calhoun, Robert "Hap" Calhoun Jr., Billy Calhoun, Eleanor Wilson and Dorothy Willison.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Whightsel of Rainsboro and Vernon Stodgel of Rainsboro; her granddaughter Helen Jackson of Greenfield; her great grandchildren, Zander Stodgel, Carolina Palmer and Grace Stodgel; her sister Linda Ashcraft (Danny) of Orient; and her half-brother Charles Cruthers of Greenfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
