He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard and Marjorie Counter (Parsons); his wife Lynn Counter (Minton); and his sister Kay Jones. He is survived by: his children, Delinda Bonkosky (Andrew) of Pinckney, MI and Scott Counter (Mercedes) of Dublin; and his sisters-in-law, Laura Davis of Beavercreek, Lou Ann Beem (Steve) of Columbus and Lois Minton of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
