He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin McNeal and Mary Alice McNeal (Murphy); his wife Marjorie Jean McNeal (Henry); and his siblings, Willard McNeal, Mary Moon and Susie Frump.
He is survived by: his children, Brian McNeal (Kim) of Leesburg and Beth Blair (Wes) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Nate McNeal (Erica), Nick McNeal (Jeana), Caleb Campbell (Amelia), Morgan Campbell, Hunter Campbell, Weston Blair and Sawyer Blair; and his sister Shirley Todd of Strasburg, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home (380 Jefferson St, Greenfield, OH 45123). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
