She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Hayes and Margaret Hayes (Long); and her brothers, Michael Hayes and Patrick Hayes. She is survived by : her husband Eugene Thomas Kropfelder; her children, Eugene Scott Kropfelder of Charlotte, N. C., Elizabeth Fryman (Joseph) of Covington, KY, Brad Thomas Kropfelder (Judy Marie) of Atlanta, GA and Megan Ann Kropfelder of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Holly, Joseph, Dustin, Haley, Lori, Tyler and Alayna; and her siblings, Thomas Hayes (Katherine) of Cincinnati, Kathy Brannen (Terry) of Glenneste, Peggy Halpin of Cincinnati and Julie Handell (Don) of New Jersey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
