She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Williams and Margaret Williams (Thompson); and her sister Rita Williams. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Kerns; her children, Charles A. Kerns (Patti) of Arizona, Kevin Lee Kerns of Arizona, Tina Kemmeter (Larry, Jr.) of Hillsboro and Christy Sue Meade of Leesburg; and her siblings, Pat Williams, Jim Armstrong (Kathy), Rich Armstrong and Eva Miller (Robert). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
