He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Douglas and Anna Faye Campbell (Gruber); his son Thomas Douglas Campbell, III; and his brother-in-law Donald Mathews. He is survived by : his siblings, Charity Campbell of Hillsboro, Teresa Campbell Mathews of Greenfield and Tim Campbell of Bainbridge; and his cousin David Shiflett of Greenfield. He is also survived by two nieces; eight nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
