He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Kay Johnson (Soales) of Greenfield; his wife Hollie Beth Johnson (Everhart); his daughters, Morgan Johnson and Reagan Johnson; his father Larry Johnson; his siblings, Derek Johnson (Angela) of Greenfield and Erin Sethachutkul (Warren) of Montclair; his siblings' children, Ethan Johnson (Emily), Elijah Johnson, Elise Sethachutkul, Lillian Saunders, Erin Saunders and Preston Saunders (Hailey); his sister-in-law Stephanie Saunders (Aaron); and his parents-in-law, Penny Everhart and Steve Everhart (Diana). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
