He was predeceased by : his parents, John B. Ferguson and Elizabeth Ferguson (Collinsworth); his wife Trixie Faye Ferguson; and his siblings, Eilleen Taylor, Alberta Hard, Alice Sprague, John Ferguson, Jr., Jack Ferguson, Bob Ferguson and Frank Ferguson.

He is survived by : his daughters, Carolyn Sue Harris (Richard) of Reynoldsburg and Sandra Kay Green (David) of Chillicothe; his grandson Jeremy Harris (Jennifer) of Lewis Center; his great grandchildren, Claire and Evelyn Harris; his stepgrandchildren, Ronald Green (Mitzi) of Mason and Tracey Alexander of Fishers, IN; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emma Green, Lance Green and Kaitlin Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
