He is survived by: his parents, Zachary Lee Stith and Tiffany Sue Stephens; his brothers, Gavin Stephens and Mason Evans; his grandparents, Tracey Richards of Greenfield, Jerry and Kathy Stith of Greenfield; his great-grandparents, Grover Quigley of Greenfield and Shirley Baker of Greenfield; his aunts, Summer Richards, Emma Richards and Brittany Stith (Brandon Polley); and his cousins, Jaxton, Braelynn and Braxton Polley.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home (380 Jefferson St, Greenfield, OH 45123). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
