He is survived by: his wife Wanda Barton (Mong); his children, Robert (Melinda Barton), Cheryl (Rick Gunckle), Deb (Jeff Didier) and Nancy (Kevin Lear); his stepchildren, Tammy Bergman of Versailles, Michael and Tina Bergman of Versailles; his grandchildren, Louis, Taylor Von Duhn, Matt, Emily Barton, Megan, Brad Murphy, Amy, Kevin Smith, Robert, Jennifer Gunckle, Michael, Jan Didier, Jamie, Rusty Sink, Kari, Matthew Fearrington, Mindy, Shawn Agne, Lindsey Didier, Bradley, Julie Didier, Jeremy, Breghan Lear and Jordan Lear; and his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Michele Dross, Derek, Staci Bergman, Drew, Kristie Platfoot, Arielle and Jay Heitkamp. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
