She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph D. Summers and Mae Delilah Summers (McClure); and her son Keith Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Smith, Larry Smith and Lonnie Smith. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tribute Funeral Homes (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
