He was predeceased by: his father Gary Glass. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Glass; his daughter Ava Glass; his mother Marie Glass; his brother David Glass; and his in-laws, Jean Moores, Tim, Jennifer Abbott, Rebecca Gibson, Richard and Bridget Moores. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
