She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Lamb and Thelma Lamb (Manning); her husband Richard (Dick); her son Basil Comer; and her siblings, John Lamb, Betty Herron and Esther Brown.

She is survived by: her sons, James Russell Comer (Teresa) and Richard Duane Comer (Lori) of Union City, IN; her grandchildren, Hollie Comer, Kris Comer, Marcy MacQueen (Mike) and Joshua Comer; her sister Ada Slick (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Sue Wright. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
