He is survived by: his children, Rex Onkst of Greenville and Tami Derr (Doyle) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Brittlei Harrison (CJ), Tyler Onkst, Trenton Onkst, Holly Gantt and Macy Alt (Devin); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Maylee, Dallas and Layla; and his brother Chris Onkst (Linda) of Greenville.
