He was predeceased by: his parents, Azzie and Myrtle; his stepfather Harlow Galligher; his son Tim Hall; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hall and Matthew Hall; and his brothers, Edgel, Steve, Gary and Gene Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Tony Hall (Tammy) of Caledonia, OH, Tonda Woodworth (Rick) of Norwalk, OH and Tom Hall (Dawn) of Greenwich, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler, Tayler, Ryan, Chris, Tori, Autumn, Kory, Dusty, McKenzie and Kyle; his stepgrandson Tyler; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Halee, Hanna, Titus, Ava, Alexis, Memphis, Liam, Jace, Abi, Brynlee, Jackson, Abby, Ayla, Amelia and Reid; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kimber, Tristin and Mia; his great great grandchild Ellie Mae; his siblings, Lowell Hall (Deb), Bill Galligher and Shirley Bibbee; Deb Hall of New London, OH. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home (49 W Main St, Greenwich, OH 44837). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
