She is survived by: her children, Charlene Creveling (Donner) and Charles "Porker" E. Donner III; her son-in-law Adam C. Creveling; her grandchildren, Brian J. Engel, Veronica A. Payne, Brayden C. Creveling, Kaylee R. Payne, Maycie L. Creveling and Natalie K. Payne; her siblings, Carlyn "Connie" A. Bailey and Jerry K Bailey; and her brother-in-law Russel E. Gore. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions made in Jean's name to go to Cancer Services, 505 E. Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870.
