He is survived by: his children, Michael (Leann), Jessica, Rachael and Britney (Kevin SR); and his grandchildren, Faith, Kaiden, Richard, Alivia, Triston, Samantha, Kevin, Tori, Kamren, Elizabeth, Aubree and Myla.
