She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Syx and Ethel Syx (Canter); her son Thomas; her husband Robert S. Bruner; her close friend Richard; her grandchildren, Dillon and Brittney Bruner; and her daughter-in-law Beth Bruner.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (James Matoszkia) of Grove City, OH, David (Michele Howard-Bruner) of Corona, CA and William of Riverside, CA; her significant other Richard Diehl; her daughter Jennifer DePalma (Peter) of Cortlandt Manor, NY; her grandchildren, Stephanie Stanton (Brian), Caitlyn Weaver (Paul), Kyle Bruner, Mackenzie and Christopher; her grandmothers, Rebecca Bruner, Jenna DePalma and Kerri Geider (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Griffin Stanton, Grayson, Daxton and Raelynn Geider.
