Kazee (Tina); her grandchildren, Donald Swank (Christine), Tiffany Kiphart (Andy), Jeremy Dunn (Lotti), MaryAnne Kazee, Phillip Barnett (Bethany), Daniel Barnett (Melissa), Brandi Wells (Mike), Noah Kazee, Hayden Kazee, Isaac Kazee, Keziah Campbell (Matthews) and Kassandra Cassady (Matthews); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew Swank, Drew, Alixandra Kiphart, Taylor, Dexter, Owen, Tyler Barnett, Alyna, Landyn Barnett, Joshua Campbell and Kaleb Cassady; her siblings' children, Vicky Kazee Sims (Jerry), Sara Anderson Vaske (Henry), John Anderson and Eric Willyerd (Jessica); and her friend Pat Thompson of Columbus.
