He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael E. Sullivan and Rachel Marie Sullivan (Ames); and his siblings, Tim, Veronica, Kathleen, Peggy, Mike and Chris.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Sullivan of Grove City and Kelly Sullivan Wakefield (Brandon) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Charly, Brody, Brenner, Briggs and Braydon.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45424).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tony's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
