He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Mouser and Janet Mouser; and his son Houston Mouser. He is survived by: his sons, Austin Mouser and Chase Mouser; his siblings, Cheri Turner (Brian) and Dr. James Garret Mouser (Kristina); his siblings' children, Luke, Jamie, Haley Turner, Ethan and Caroline Mouser; his friends, Michael "Babe" Fries and Patti Rivera; and his pets, Nila and Archer.
