She is survived by: her husband Leonard Samples; her children, Charles Samples (Kaelie) and Lori Adams (Rob); her niece Kym Campbell (Bob); her friend Susan Kidwell; her cousins, Bill Hess (Judy) and Margaret Hess; her niece Mary Fouts; her grandchildren, James Johnson, Larry Adams (Sarah), Hailey Wright (Kasey), Justin Kocheran (Megan Schoenlein), Noelle Samples (Alex Munoz), Holly Samples, Crystal Phillippe (Asher), Stephanie Leach (Cameron), Spencer Kocheran and Owen Loftus; and her great grandchildren, Laykin, Kolt, Braylen, Jensen, Iradessa, Camilia and Cameron Jr..
