He is survived by: his stepfather Randall McFarland; his stepdaughter Hayley Mickey; his daughter Shelby (Josh) Coddington (Josh); and his siblings, Doug Branch (Amanda), Bert Scroggins (Melissa), Leslie Dawson, Stacy Howard (Randal) and Missy Vermeyen (Chuck). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
