He is survived by: his wife Charlene Mae Perkins (Sisson); his daughters, Amy Perkins and Holly Deliduka (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Paul, Jonathan, Dominic, Nicholas, Joseph, Andrew and Juliana.
