He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Peggy" A. McGruder (Burns); and his son Corey McGruder. He is survived by: his father James R. McGruder; his sons, Casey, Christopher and Adam; his stepmother Cola McGruder; his brother Jimmy McGruder (Dormeé); his friend Linda Saikas; and his grandchildren, Keirslyn and Kylarr. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
