He is survived by: his wife Susan Hollenback; his daughter Holly Myers; his son-in-law Neal Myers; his grandchildren, Morgan Myers and Bryce Myers; his siblings, Connie Kuhlwein, Ronald, Mark Leatherwood and Dick Hollenback; his siblings-in-law, Bob Arnold (Ferne) and Linda Bahnsen; his stepmother Ann Leatherwood; and his parents-in-law, Joan Arnold and Robert Arnold. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous good friends.

His contributions to his family, community, and profession will be remembered and treasured by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
