He is survived by: his wife Pamela Malkowski; his children, Ken Malkowski, Kimberly Allmon (Jim), Kevin Malkowski (Angel) and Dan Malkowski (Vicky); his grandchildren, Kyle Malkowski, Allison Buhrts (Tanner), Madison Cameron (Luke), Makenna McManaway (Casey), Joey Walker, Jared Walker (Hallie) and Emma Malkowski; his sisters, Carol Kluczynski and Judie Cook (Duke); and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Stamman (David), Vicky Choudhry (Iqbal) and Debby Padgett (Tim). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to his church Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Grove City, Ohio – Society of St. Vincent de Paul Outreach.
