He is survived by: his wife Judy Perks (Miller); his sons, Justin Perks (Dona) and Tyler Perks; his grandson Otis Perks (Mother Jean Willis); and his siblings, Robert, Kenneth (Jenny), Richard, Raymond Perks, Leslie Fisher and JoAnn Callen (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
