She was predeceased by: her parents, David Shinn and Joanne Shinn. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Starkey Sr.; her children, Dennis Jr., Mandy, Joshua (Amanda) and Jason (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth, Hailey, Josh, Molly and Guiliana; her great grandchild Aubree; her siblings, Jim Shinn (Linda) and Pam Rice (Tony); and her close friend Jennifer Siddall.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cypress Church. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grove City Cemetery.
