She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Heidi (Todd) and Richard (Amanda); her brothers, Rick (Debbie) and Jamie; her sisters-in-law, Teresa (Lisa), Tammy and Melody; and her close friends, Tina and Kathy. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Dorothy's family requests donations to her favorite charity, "The Buckeye Cruise for Cancer."
