He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mader and Frances Mader (Gilmore); his son Charles E. Mader; and his siblings, Carl Jr., Johnny, Mike, Paul, Norma, Doris, Mary and Frances.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Mader (Wiley); his children, Dan Mader (Becky), Gary Mader Jr. (Jana), Patty Cordell Cordell (Randy) and Ron Mader (Lisa); and his sister Linda. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many great- grandchildren.
