He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirly and Francis (Bell); and his siblings, Danny Todd and Virginia Deaton (Ted). He is survived by: his wife Vonda; his sons, Howard (Cindy) and Jeff (Diane); his grandchildren, Kristin Todd, Jarred Todd, Matthew Todd (Shelby), Alyssa Todd and Sarah Barnes (Adam); his great grandchild Dakota Todd; and his sister-in-law Penny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
