He was predeceased by : his parents, Ora Smith and Nellie Smith; his sister Julia; and his daughter Tami Wolf. He is survived by : his significant other Sandee Smith; his daughters, Teresa Parkison (Don), Tonia Kirk (Mark) and Tiffany Smith (Nick); his grandchildren, Gavin, Cassie, Christina, Nick, Isaiah, Morgan, Dean, Kolton, Xzavier, Nevaeh and Davonte; his siblings, Tom Smith (Cyndi) and Carolyn Smith; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
