With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack E. Smith of Grove City, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Smith and Nellie Smith; his sister Julia; and his daughter Tami Wolf. He is survived by: his significant other Sandee Smith; his daughters, Teresa Parkison (Don), Tonia Kirk (Mark) and Tiffany Smith (Nick); his grandchildren, Gavin, Cassie, Christina, Nick, Isaiah, Morgan, Dean, Kolton, Xzavier, Nevaeh and Davonte; his siblings, Tom Smith (Cyndi) and Carolyn Smith; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
