He was predeceased by: his daughter Meghann Kathleen; his parents, James and Jean; his in-law June Sigrist; his siblings-in-law, Beth Sigrist and Chuck Durbin; and his in-law Gary Sigrist (Karen).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Marie "Kate" Clark; his siblings, James Clark (Jeanne), Jeff Clark (Mary), Judy Clark and Jerry Clark (Shanna); and his in-laws, Rita Osborn (Ed), Mary Mulvany (Bryan), Mark Sigrist (Melissa), Tony Sigrist, Annie Durbin (Shawn Bain), Madeline Sigrist and Patti Sexton.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Grove City Lions Club with "Joe Clark" noted in the memo will ensure his legacy of laughter and service continues to impact the community he loved.
