He is survived by: his wife Sheri Perry; his child Jerry Perry (Karen); his grandson Jerry Perry; and his siblings, Doneta Copley, Ruth Ann Perry, Sandy Sartin (Wallace), Jessica Mitchell (Tim), Phillip Perry and Jason Perry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
